Mental Ascension Means Nothing!
What you know is only as meaningful as the actions you put to it.
Studies have proven that what you learn begins to wane immediately and is more likely to stick with you IF YOU DO SOMETHING WITH IT!
It’s why I suggest that you continue this practice even though the 7 day Challenge is almost over.
Remember that serenity is developed – agitation is your default, so if you’ll intentionally work on your serenity, the agitation will begin to fade.
Pay less attention the agitation, and more to practicing serenity…the serene state will, then become more and more a part of you.
Here are some keys to remember while practicing your serenity:
- Be Kind…regardless of how others treat you
- What others do is about them, not about you
- Life is, ALWAYS, just happening, not happening to you
- You are given a choice with every agitation: the opportunity to be offended or the opportunity to emotionally develop
Learning to control self is THE key to self mastery. Self Mastery is the key to enjoying life, and y’all know that I believe with everything that I am…Life is meant to be enjoyed 🙂
