As an Author and Speaker I spark conversations that expand thinking, encourage effective & productive responses, produce better individual decision-making and better interpersonal communications in relationships.

Here, I’ll start discussions on issues we all face, but rarely address.  You may be surprised by some of the topics but, as with all personal issues, either you are controlling them or they are controlling you.

This is an interactive forum to deal with issues for the sake of growing up and living productive healthy lives; a place to release and to learn.

Life is riddled with challenges…and it’s supposed to be. I believe that it is our responsibility to learn the lessons life’s experiences are teaching  so that we can, in spite of and in the midst of, still enjoy life!
